Refunds and returns


In the event that you do not receive the items you purchased, you will be reimbursed in full.

If an original artwork is damaged or lost in transit, unfortunately there is nothing Sand Rivers can do to replace the item save for full reimbursement provided we are notified within five (5) days of receipt of the print / notification of loss.

In the case of photographic prints, Sand Rivers will replace the print lost or damaged in transit at no further cost to the customer provided we are notified within five (5) days of receipt of the print / notification of loss.
